Booking

Your booking is not considered confirmed and no contract will exist until your deposit is received and you agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment

The price is the exact amount to be received by us in the currency on the website.

The full payment amount is due at the time of purchase or if there is a payment plan on the set dates.

If your payment plan is not honored, you will be given 2 days to pay.  If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled. No refunds will be given for any payments made nor will payments be transferred to a future date.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost, unless otherwise specified.

YOUR HEALTH

It is your responsibility to let the retreat organizer know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during the retreat.

Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions and dietary requirements before you book.

COVID – While we do not require temperature checks, we trust if you are feeling ill you will not attend a retreat.  If you have tested positive for COVID within 7 days of the event, please contact us.

CANCELLATION BY YOU

You may cancel your booking at any time, however no refunds are provided.

Reservations are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat.

If a retreat must be cancelled by Steph Levine due to unforeseen circumstances, your payment will be refunded or transferred to a future event.

LIABILITY

We accept responsibility for ensuring that the retreats are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.

We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. All activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times. We are not liable for loss of, damage to, or theft of any of your personal property.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

I, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize Steph Levine to use photographs and videos of me and or my property and authorize her to use and publish (with or without my name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images in any and all forms and media, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, advertising, publishing (including publishing on internet websites), or other lawful uses. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.

You will be provided an opportunity to reject any photos from being published after the retreat via approval in the private Facebook Group.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Steph Levine from and against any and all claims or liability.

I understand that I am free to withdraw from or reduce my participation in the activities, programs, and sessions at any time.

All retreats are judgement-free spaces.  Furthermore, information shared by participants is not to be shared with others after the retreat.
